I did my undergraduate program there and the school is great, it offers small classroom sizes and the area is geographically close to Washington DC but nuzzled in a very inexpensive part of West Virginia.
The school is very practical and her cheap. I'm applying to the graduate program there currently for Masters of Arts in Teaching. As I said I completed my undergraduate degree in the business college and had helpful and attentive professors and advisers.
I would not expect the graduate program to be any different. The only down side of the program is that if a student wants to work outside of the area perhaps WVU would be a more marketable degree as it has more name recognition. For local students Shepherd is a well respected school that gives marketable degrees.
